Chances are after early morning rises, long hours at your desk and worrying about what to make for dinner when you get home, exercise is the last thing that is on your mind. However, it is actually more important for office workers to take part in physical activity as long sitting periods can take a heavy toll on your body. Here are some simple exercises you can do to fit into your busy work schedule.</p>
<p><b>Morning</b><br />
Get yourself moving early in the morning to give you a boost throughout the day. While some of us may not be motivated enough to go for a 5am jog, there are still plenty of ways to squeeze in some exercises in the morning. Even if you set your alarm fifteen minutes earlier you can fit in a quick workout before sitting at the office for the rest of the day.</p>
<p>Before you leave the bedroom, fit in some quick exercises such as star jumps, push ups, crunches, lunges, planks and so much more. Give yourself a warm up and get moving you will be surprised how much energy this gives you throughout the day.</p>
<p>If you travel to your job using public transport, why not get off at the stop before you have to and walk? Even if it’s a relatively short distance, a brisk walk can get your blood pumping and help you to feel energised. Wear comfortable shoes in the morning then change into work shoes once you are in the office.</p>
<p><b>Afternoon </b><br />
While it is difficult to do exercises while you are in the office, you can still do small exercises while getting your work done. Even simple stretches at your desk can work wonders especially for those who are burdened with neck or back pain. Start from your head, moving and stretching each part of your body till you get to your toes. It is fast, simple and no one has to know you are even doing it.</p>
<p>If you have your own office, you may want to invest in an exercise ball. Sit on this instead of your office chair and it will help your posture. On your lunch break you may even use it for ten minutes to fit in a couple of quick exercises.</p>
<p><b>H2 Evening</b></p>
<p>After sitting down all day it can really feel amazing to get up and move. Whether you want to go for a quick jog before you settle down for the night or join a class to help you become more motivated, there are plenty of things to do that don’t require hours of your time. Find something that works for you and fits into your other commitments.</p>
<p>While making dinner you could easily use those cans and jugs to do some light weight work while performing lunges or squats. Do a set of squats instead of sitting on the couch while watching your favourite night shows. Yoga is also a great night time workout as it is very light and focuses on relaxation which will help promote a great sleep.</p>

Here are some things you can do to look and feel amazing without leaving your piggy bank penniless.3</p>
<p><b>Cosmetics</b></p>
<p>Get up and open your makeup bag, how many brand names are in there? Chances are you are one of the many that have been roped in by fancy advertising and packaging. Claims of lashes that are 10 times longer, images showing well known celebrities with sexy eyes and the perfect pout and taglines like ‘easy, breezy, beautiful&#8230;’ have left us scrimmaging to purchase brands that will help us to look like the ladies on the advertisements.</p>
<p>While I can sit here and claim everyone is beautiful without makeup (while sporting eyeliner and mascara) wearing makeup has become second nature. If you are someone who likes to wear a little every now and then, why not have a look at the generic brands? Often the tube of mascara that costs $30 will offer the same results of one that costs $10.</p>
<p>When it comes to makeup less is more, instead of buying that expensive foundation why not get a tinted moisturiser with SPF? Instead of hair treatments buy a leave in conditioner that protects your hair throughout the day. By making these simple switches you will find you save a great deal of money that can be better spent on other things.</p>
<p><b>DIY Beauty Treatments</b></p>
<p>The answer to saving money on beauty treatments is already present in your home. Save your money on expensive washes, scrubs, facials, teeth whitening kits and manicures and start using the things you have already lying around in your pantry and fridge.</p>
<p>Did you know strawberries are great for your skin and can whiten teeth? That using honey can act as a great body scrub and minimise blackheads? The list goes on and on. Eggs, cucumbers, berries, oats, lemons, olive oil and so much more can be used to moisturise and perfect your skin leaving you with a healthy glow. Spend an afternoon whipping up your own home made beauty treatments and you will feel amazing.</p>
<p>Use homemade ingredients to maintain your skin and you will no longer need all of the makeup in your bag. Just by exfoliating on a regular basis you can dramatically improve your skin’s appearance and moisturising with olive oil can work wonders.  There are also plenty of things you can do for free. Drinking lots of water (no need for fancy bottles, you have a tap in your home for a reason) rids your body of toxins and hydrates your skin leaving it looking younger. Don’t forget about precious beauty sleep! Sleeping doesn’t cost a thing and is crucial to have that fresh looking face come morning.</p>
